There's one good stock
for time being PANACEA BIOTECH..... I'm bullish on it
holding 500 shares.....one can try it for short term.Buy it
at current price. 10-20% upward bias is no where.

IPCA Labs and Matrix
labs are in demand because they have recently announced
their intenton to consider Bonus issues and stock split in
their forthcoming board meetings.
Both the stocks have already appreciated handsomely last
year but they have a long long way to go still. Can be
considered for LT investing. |

hi all,
I hold Matrix Labs at current levels.
******************************************************
Matrix Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of
Directors
at its meeting held October 26, 2004 Board approved the
following:
i) Recommended Final Dividend of Rs 6/- per share for the
financial
year 2003-2004.
ii) Subdivision (split) of equity shares of the Company from
the
present face value of Rs 10/- each to Rs 2/- each per share.
iii) Issue of Bonus Share in the ratio of 1:1.
The above is subject to members approval.
The Board also considered and approved the following:
Taken on record the order received from the Hon'ble High
Court of
Andhra Pradesh, dated October 13, 2004, approving the Scheme
of
Arrangement for Amalgamation of Vera Laboratories Ltd, Fine
Drugs &
Chemicals Ltd, Medikon Laboratories Ltd and Calibre
Engineering Pvt
Ltd into Matrix Laboratories Ltd. The appointed date for the
merger is
January 1, 2004.
Matrix has decided to set up an US FDA compliant Greenfield
Formulations facility with an investment of Rs 750 million
for
contract manufacturing of formulations to the pharmaceutical
industry
in regulated markets.
*************************************************************
I think going by the news item & solid fundamentals to
back up this
scrip should be latched onto for some real good gains.
As mentioned above too the recc. could be biased as I hold a
position
in the company with a long term view.
