have an effect on Indian Stock Markets |

Sometimes I find that
they effect indian markets to a large extent, but sometimes
all of a sudden they stop having an effect. Overall I feel
that they do influence indian markets to a larget extent in
general.
Whenever Indian Markets are in direction of nasdaq and dow
trend, it gives better returns than when they are opposite
to each other.

| I dont think so that
nasdaq and dow is directly or inversely related to Indian
stock market.Some time may be its following the same trends
but that does not prove that American exchanges effect our
market in any big way.It can be seen from recent example
when nasdaq and dow were in red for no. of days but our
market was showing positive trends.American markets are far
more mature then ours so the bad news does not effect it in
big way but that is not the case with our exchanges. |

Nasdaq comopsite has
direct relationship to opening sentiments in Indian Markets.
Many a time powerful operators make use of this fact to
manupulate the prices later on.Charts on Nasdaq Composite
and NIFTY has many similarities.

i have heard that
nasdaq and NYSE are the major stock exchanges in the world.
here i have a doubt is dow and NYSE the same or both
entirely different? can any one clear my doubt

| NYSE and Nasdaq are
exchanges. Why we discussed regarding Nasdaq and Dow was
that in India we mainly talk about them. Dow is like bse
sensex there composed of 30 stocks. |
